Dr Natasha Pajnigara is an experienced general dentist dedicated to delivering personalised, patient-centred care. Known for her warm and approachable manner, she combines clinical excellence with a genuine focus on patient comfort, helping people of all ages feel confident and at ease throughout their dental journey. She is particularly recognised for her ability to support anxious patients, creating a calm and reassuring environment that helps transform dental visits into positive experiences.

Dr Natasha completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2012 from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India, before undertaking advanced specialist training and earning a Master’s degree in Periodontology in 2016, where she graduated second in the university. With over 13 years of clinical experience, she has developed extensive expertise in comprehensive dental care, periodontal health, and advanced restorative treatments.

Having practised both overseas and within the Canberra community across Woden Valley and Kingston, Dr Natasha remains passionate about oral health education and helping patients achieve lasting oral wellbeing. She provides a full range of dental services with an emphasis on clear communication, preventive dentistry, and customised treatment planning tailored to each patient's individual needs.

Her clinical interests include crowns and bridges, complex restorative treatments, root canal therapy, surgical extractions, dental implants, Invisalign, preventive care, and comprehensive smile rehabilitation. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, Dr Vidhi Patel, Principal Dentist at Yarralumla Dental Care, is a well‑respected clinician known for exceptional clinical skill, compassionate patient care, and a commitment to evidence‑based practice. For over a decade she has served patients in the Woden Valley, Inner South and Weston Creek communities, building a reputation for gentle care, excellent bedside manner, clear communication, and consistently excellent dental outcomes.

Dr Vidhi Patel earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Gold Medal, 2008), a Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics (First in Class, 2013), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics (2018). She maintains current clinical expertise through ongoing professional development and enjoys teaching and mentoring the next generation of dentists.

Her clinical repertoire includes comprehensive general dental assessments, preventive and children’s dentistry, endodontics, crowns and bridges, wisdom-tooth and surgical extractions, fixed orthodontics and Invisalign, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency care. She integrates modern technology with personalized treatment planning to restore function, health, and confidence.

Dr Arun Rajaram is an experienced Dental Surgeon with over two decades of clinical practice across India and Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Dr. MGR Medical University, India, in 2000.

He began his professional career as a General Dentist at a Paediatric Hospital, in Chennai India, followed by advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SMF Hospital, Chennai India in 2002. After completing his oral surgery training, he successfully obtained the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, UK.

In 2004, Dr Rajaram passed the Australian Dental Council (ADC) registration examination and relocated to Australia. He has been practicing as a Dental Surgeon in Canberra from 2004 , providing comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population.
